• 100% of every donation is invested in the construction of each Loving House - All costs, administratives, traveling, fund raiser activities, are paid by volunteers.
• We don’t have paid employees - we all volunteer our time to the Project and are responsible for all expenses related to it.
• The local office of Red Cross in Tien Giang Province, Vietnam - provides us cases of families in real need. LHP Board Members review the cases and make a decision based on the most compelling needs.
• The Red Cross Officials - coordinate the necessary documentation with the Vietnamese Government and the hiring of local constructors.
• The houses are given to the families at no cost or obligation.
• One LHP Representative is on-site during construction - supervising and working on the project.
