Mrs. Nguyen Thi Chuc, her husband and two kids lived in a very poor hut. With the support of the IVSU (Illinois Vietnamese Student Union), LHP was able to give them a place they can call home.

12/01/09 - LHP visited the construction site and attended their ceremony, asking for their ancestors’ blessings for their new home. Mrs. Chuc could not be any happier and her husband worked during the whole time we were there, digging the foundation.

12/04/09 - LHP visited the construction site and we were happy to see the house is coming along nicely.

12/24/09 - Today LHP was happy to give Loving House Project No. 13 to Mrs. Nguyen Thi Chuc. Kim Nguyen and David Cao were there representing LHP on the ceremony. Mrs. Chuc, her husband and children were very happy and sent their thanks to the IVSU and LHP.
